PERSONA —
the one people trust

A self-presentation mastermind

Not "the right words" — but what the person in front of you understands about you in the first few minutes.

"I finally understood why people didn't get me — even though I was the sharpest one in the room."

Honest feedback Group of 4–6 ICF Level 2
Mastermind — Thu, November 5. Early Bird $170 until Sat, October 17 · enrollment until Mon, October 26.
Who this is for

Self-presentation isn't about words.
It's about how you're read

Three questions the Persona mastermind starts with

"Do you want to know why people trust you — and why they don't?"

Nobody tells you the real reason. The client went with someone else, the partner never called back, at the meeting they addressed the person next to you. It's almost never about competence — it's about what people understood about you in the first few minutes.

"What are people actually willing to pay you for?"

Not the things listed on your services page. The specific value they read in you themselves — described in words quite different from yours.

"What are people reading in you in the first minutes?"

Every one of us has something that works in our favour, and something that gets in the way. You can't see it alone — you need people who'll say it honestly, without softening it to spare you.

This is you — if
35+, living abroad building your own entrepreneurial mindset you want recognition ready to hear the truth open mind
Not for you — if
never relocated "I know it all already" looking for effortless want a ready-made script want praise, not honesty
What a mastermind is

Not a course. Not a lecture.
A mirror that doesn't flatter.

See how it works

A mastermind is a format where 4–6 people of equal standing think together on real problems. This is where you first hear how your self-presentation sounds from the outside — from people who have no reason to flatter you and no reason to go easy on you.

About
Zhanna Rak
Psychologist · ICF Level 2

For twenty years I've watched how people present themselves — and seen the gap between who they are and what others understand about them. I've walked this road myself: several countries, three languages, a foreign husband, children, the UN FAO, businesses of my own. I'm not a theorist — I live this and understand it from the inside.

The questions that come up most often before applying

Why «Persona» and not «Self-presentation»?
Self-presentation sounds like a skill: learn the phrases, rehearse your story. But the problem is almost never in the words — it's in the gap between who you are and what people understand about you. Persona is how you sound to others. The old name stayed as a subtitle, because the task is the same; the emphasis is simply more honest now.
How is a mastermind different from a course or from coaching?
In a course you listen. In coaching you work one to one. In a mastermind a small group of peers thinks together about your situation. You leave with a result on the day itself.
I've done similar programmes before — is this for me?
This mastermind isn't about techniques and templates. If past programmes gave you tools and something still doesn't fall into place, this is most likely exactly for you.
Do I need to prepare in advance?
Yes. There are 3 video lessons and a workbook that help you shape your question. It takes 2–3 hours at your own pace. The group works at a tight rhythm.
Is it online or in person?
Fully online, on Zoom. Participants join from different countries. That's part of the value — people from the same reality, in different parts of the world.
How does the interview before payment work?
You fill in the application (5 minutes), then we get on a call for 15–20 minutes. It matters that nobody in the group competes with anyone else. If we're a fit, we discuss the details and you receive a payment link. No pressure.
What if I can't make the meeting?
There are two meetings: the introduction on Wednesday, November 4 and the mastermind itself on Thursday, November 5 (13:00 Tbilisi time, online). A mastermind only works when everyone is present, so the date is fixed in advance. Emergencies we discuss individually; the recording stays with participants.
