What brings women to me

Sound familiar?

You're good at what you do. You're not at the beginning of anything. And still, at some point it stops working to carry all of it alone — what's missing is clarity, structure, and people you can think out loud with.

It gets sharper when you're building your career or your business in a country that isn't yours — without the language, the context, or the people who've known you for years.

If you recognised yourself here — nothing is wrong with you. This isn't weakness. It's the stage where structure and the right people stop being optional.

“I know I'm capable of more, but I feel stuck”
“Talking about myself makes me shrink”
“I want clarity and I have no structure”
“Decisions take more out of me than they used to”
“I'm tired of being the one who holds it together”
“I want to grow without burning out”

How the work is built

How I work

01

Context before goals

I start with the real shape of your life and work — not with abstract goals or what you think you should want.

02

Clarity and structure

We put thoughts, feelings and tasks in order until it becomes obvious what actually needs working on.

03

A room that holds you

In a group it works through other people's eyes and honest feedback. One to one, through depth and safety.

04

Insight → decision

The work leads to real decisions and choices. It doesn't stay at the level of a good conversation.

05

Integration

Understanding isn't the point. The point is that it changes how you live, speak and work day to day.

What the work leads to

By the end, you

Have solid ground under you instead of constant self-doubt

Speak about yourself, your ideas and your limits more easily

Trade the noise in your head for clarity and structure

Make decisions without second-guessing every one of them

Feel your own worth again, not only your usefulness

Move forward without pushing yourself into the ground

Is this for you?

Five questions. Answer them for yourself — not for me.

1

You've already done the hard part — the move, the rebuild, the new language — and people still read you as smaller than you are.

2

You'd rather hear something true about how you come across than be reassured that everything is fine.

3

You're the one who decides things in your work. Nobody hands you the plan.

4

There's more going on in your head than there is structure to hold it.

5

You're not looking for someone to admire you. You're looking for someone who sees the scale of what you're doing.

If you recognised yourself in most of them, write to me. If not, we're probably not each other's people — and that's a useful answer too.

That's me — write to Zhanna
About me

Let's meet properly

Zhanna Rak — psychologist and ICF-trained coach for women 35+ abroad

Psychology chose me before I chose it. In ninth grade I was the youngest student admitted to our school's psychology research society, and the subject never let go of me after that, whatever else I was doing.

I was born in Russia in 1983. My parents divorced when I was eighteen, and it left a mark — as did the years of disappointment and searching that followed. So I decided to become my own case study: I worked through my own limits and grew into the specialist I wanted to be.

In 2012, soon after meeting my husband, life between countries began — Yerevan, Sarajevo, Šibenik, Amman, California, and now Tbilisi. Every country meant starting over: new contacts, new language, a new version of myself. We have two children, and three languages are spoken at home.

Frequently asked

What's worth knowing first

If something isn't here — write to me on WhatsApp, I answer personally.

Zhanna Rak — psychologist and ICF-trained coach
How does a session work?

An individual session usually runs 60 to 90 minutes. We start with a contract — naming the goal for this particular meeting.

During the session I use coaching tools — exercises, visualisations, questions — that help you look at your situation more widely, understand your own reactions and patterns better, and see routes you hadn't seen.

We finish by planning specific actions and checking they actually serve the goal you named.

What language do we work in?

In English or Russian, whichever you prefer. I've lived and worked across several countries and in international teams, so working in a second language is familiar territory — including what it costs you to think and feel in one.

How do I pay?

You get the payment details once we've agreed the time and the format.

PayPal or bank transfer — we'll settle on whatever is simplest for you.

What if it isn't right for me?

If you don't want to keep working with me, you can stop and I'll return the remaining funds.

And if you do everything we agreed and still get no result, I'll return your money.
